This is how it works:
1.) Pack your glider (dry, clean, free of sand) in a carton
2.) Print this PDF Form, fill it out completely and put it in the carton
3.) Send it to this address:

4.) Your glider will be professionally inspected and after you get a cost estimate submitted. After confirmation of the cost estimate we begin the repair process.
5.) After completion of the repair you will receive an order confirmation with bank information.
6.) After receipt of payment, your glider will be sent immediately via UPS. For handling reasons we require payment in advance.
Delay with repairs
Due to personnel problems and health reasons, our workshop team is currently at their limit, which can lead to longer lead times of up to 3 – 4 weeks. We kindly ask for your patience, because even though we are doing all that we can to bring additional manpower, it will still take some time before the extra effort shows.
