Safety Notice BREEZE2

When installing the reserve system in the BREEZE2, the two white loops are threaded through the eyelet using a packing loop and then secured with the split pin system of the reserve handle.

Skywalk got a report, that during an initial installation, one of the two loops tore. In the subsequent quality assurance measure, this issue was reproduced in at least one other BREEZE2 harness.

To eliminate any safety risks, the BREEZE2 harness must not be used until both loops have been inspected.

Please contact your dealer or importer to have them inspected. If you know how to install the reserve container into the harness, you can also check it yourself using a spring scale or luggage scale.

You will find instructions on how to check the loop below or in the pdf.

If one of the white loops breaks during the tensile test and you consequently have a harness affected by the safety notice, please contact our support team immediately. You can easily reach them at support@skywalk.org or via the phone number listed below.

We will promptly arrange for a repair so that you can enjoy your next flight as soon as possible.
