With the CHILI6, we’re taking the proven DNA of the CHILI series into a new era. Based on state-of-the-art simulation methods and decades of development experience, we’ve created an XC glider that takes performance, comfort, and control to a whole new level.

Our goal was clear: to develop a high-performance cross-country glider that inspires confidence even under increasingly challenging flying and weather conditions. The CHILI6 supports the pilot exactly where it counts. Its high profile stability reduces the need for the pilot to make corrections in turbulence without filtering out important information from the air mass. Instead of having to constantly make corrections, the pilot receives exactly the feedback needed to fly actively, recognize thermals early, and make informed, safe decisions. The CHILI6 provides an exceptionally smooth flying experience without losing contact to the air. This builds confidence, reduces stress, and frees up mental capacity for the critical tasks of a successful XC flight: route selection, thermal hunting, and strategy.

The CHILI6 really shows its strengths on gliding sections. The innovative 2.5-line design combines the control and efficiency of a 2-line wing with the comfort and forgiving nature of a classic 3-line wing. When used in combination with the SPEED CONTROL, the wing can be steered comfortably, precisely, and with minimal effort during accelerated flight – like no CHILI before it.

This makes the CHILI6 ideal for both ambitious XC pilots and those planning to make the transition to the 2-line class without having to give up the familiar flying comfort of the CHILI series.
