We asked Hal, a well experienced pilot from the Wasatch Mountains (Rocky Mountains) what the perfect wing needs to have in his opinion. As a father of 4 kids, Hal values a wing that handles the rough and sometimes windy conditions in the Rocky Mountains well so he can get safely back home to his kids at the end of the day.
For Hike&Fly, Hal needs a wing that is robust but still lightweight as the launch sites are often rugged and harsh.
